Showcasing over 50 diverse Health, Wellness and Fitness vendors of the Vienna Business Association, the 2024 Expo will connect attendees to an array of services, solutions and opportunities that promote wellness and healthy lifestyles.
Highlights:
FREE Kids and Families Zone Activities (All Complimentary)
● An appearance by the Superheros in support of super health (11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.) courtesy of the Vienna Singing Princesses
● Face-paintings, beach balls and water bottles
● Family fitness demos and activities to help get kids moving!
● Yoga and mindfulness demos, health tools and books for kids, teens and families
● Emotional health tips, care counseling and services – fidget toys and sensory trays
● Newborn support, mom-baby care and pediatric/adolescent mental health care services
● Information and activities about art-therapy
● Purposeful opportunities for kids to give back – kids will make cards for hospitalized children
● Youth wrestling and fitness. Meet local girl wrestlers and why they love the fastest growing sport for girls in the U.S.!

● Chair massages, 15-minute leg compression therapy, massage “guns” sessions
